FAST PERMIT EXPEDITING

We work quickly to keep your permit application moving, with an estimated approval timeframe of 1–4 months. Timing depends on your project, agency review, and how promptly your chosen designer or drafter addresses comments and completes revisions. BPUSA provides prompt follow-up and coordinates resubmissions to help avoid unnecessary delays.

 

Routing starts at $1,500 and includes CivCheck application preparation and up to 3 review and resubmission rounds. Pay 50% down to begin; the balance is due upon permit approval. Additional rounds start at $150.

 

Order a CivCheck report for $59 per submission, or a full plan scan and comment report for $99 before submitting.

 

Need plans or revisions? We can refer you to drafters and design professionals. Their services and government fees are separate.
